Give God Glory (Spring 2024)

…for recent grant funding from the Rice Foundation, Community Aid Foundation, J. William Warehime Foundation, WellSpan Health, Living Word Community Church, and UPMC Foundation. This funding will deliver vital services to uninsured families through our primary care program, behavior health program, and our pharmacy program.

…for generous donations of medical equipment and supplies from the offices of Dr. Denise Kenna, and Dr. Marsha Bornt. They donated exam tables, office furniture, and lots of needed supplies (see photos below).

….for the launch of a care management program to come alongside our patients to connect them with additional community services. Many of our patients come with needs extending beyond healthcare. We are honored to help them navigate their care needs.
